How to Use the Outdoor Fitness Equipment IV

When the kids do the exercise with the outdoor fitness equipment,  they should pay more attention to know how to use the outdoor fitness equipment correctly. The below are the instructions for teaching kids how to use the outdoor fitness equipment in correct ways:

1) Children Push Hands (WD-B003)


Instructions: Hold the handles with both hands and turn the two wheels in the same or different directions simultaneously.
Function: Train the wrists, elbows and shoulder joints, strengthen the flexibility of the muscle group and the cardiopulmonary function.
Attention:Do not climb onto the wheels and push the wheels vertically.
Warning: Users should exercise according to their fitness level. Stop using the outdoor fitness equipment if you feel any discomfort. For medically unfit person, please seek doctor's advice before using the equipment. Children should be supervised by adults.

2) Children Health Walker(WD-B004)


Instructions: Hold the handles with both hands, step on the two footboards, move two legs back and forth simultaneously and continuously.
Functions: Activate hip and ankle joints, strengthen the flexibility of the muscles and enhance the cardiopulmonary function.
Attention: Some kids may feel dizzy after training that should resume normal after a rest. Hold the handles firmly to avoid tipping backwards.  Not to allow kids to stand at the front and back of the equipment when in use.
Warning: Users should exercise according to their fitness level. Stop using the outdoor fitness equipment if you feel any discomfort. For medically unfit person, please seek doctor's advice before using the equipment. Children should be supervised by adults.

3) Children Double Health WalkerWD-B005)


Instructions: Hold the handles with both hands, step on the two footboards, move two legs back and forth simultaneously and continuously.
Functions: Activate hip and ankle joints, strengthen the flexibility of the muscles and enhance the cardiopulmonary function.
