What is the national standard of outdoor fitness equipment?

In general, outdoor fitness equipment safety inspection is divided into several standards. A regular outdoor fitness equipment must go through security checks. So what are the inspection standards? Here, Wande Play will introduce one by one.
Safety inspection includes external structural, security agencies, anti-lock mechanism and other parts.


The testing of external structure including:
1. A sharp edge and corner protection;
2. Temperature rise test;
3. Safety inspection of cumulative weight;
4. The shear point and pull-in point which may endanger the user;
5. The sink point which prevent the hands and feet fall into.
The first three parts are including in the test of all outdoor fitness equipment. The pull-in point is often checked by using some finger or pin to test, which must refer to the test requirements of EN 71 and EN 292.
Temperature rise test is common to see in the treadmills, spacewalking machine and other aerobic fitness equipment. In some fitness equipment need test the surface of maximum temperature in durability test. The cumulative weight safety check is usually used in muscle / strength training equipment, it takes into consideration of weight location and the height of the cumulative weight.
