China playground equipment becomes a new favorite in Gaza
In the Palestinian Gaza Strip, which has long suffered from the embargo, nearly two million people make up about 43% children. The sale of children clothing, stationery and food is always booming. "We have more than 22 playground equipment which is very attractive to children. Every playground equipment is imported from China. It first arrived in Israel, and then through the Israeli-controlled gateway into the Gaza Strip. Thanks to the China playground equipment, our business is booming.” Wala Balawi said, the head of a Gaza children playground.
The "Star Center", which opened this summer in the Gaza Strip, covers 4,000 square metres and it has over 30 children playground equipment. It is also the large indoor children playground in the Gaza strip.
All Playground equipment in “star center” comes from China. Children come here to touch the marine life and virgin forest. They can also experience climbing equipment and other exciting sports.
