Secondly, the impact of winter and summer weather change is obvious. In fact, the reason is very simple. Children play equipment will be frozen if not doing antifreeze work in the cold winter. Normally, the visitors in winter will be fewer because the weather is cold, but the staff should inspect and maintain more frequently.  The summer and winter are just the opposite, there are many visitors in summer, so it's a large task to maintain children play facilities.
